What do Pop, Target and Air Conditioning Have in Common?

In 2009, Ginger taught a Relief Society class on being frugal.  She calculated that a family could save over $200,000 by cutting out simple pleasures such as buying pop, NOT shopping at Target (garage sales and estate sales price things far below retail) and sweating it out a little during the summer instead of turning on the A/C.

The video below was to be watched before the class; students were supposed to guess how this family was wasting its money.  It's also the first video I edited using Final Cut Pro.  Thanks to Keri Hofer for her excellent, patient tutelage.

Hahaha so cute. Wish she would've showed it at the class.
