Looking for something to do on Saturday evening, Ginger recalled the memories of her youth when she trapped her pets in cardboard boxes.
Materials
+ 1 box
+ 1 stick
+ 1 piece of string
+ cat treats (if the object of your entrapment is a cat)
+ 1 animal
+ 2 teachable kids
+ 1 parent who trapped animals in their youth
+ 1 parent who just watched TV growing up (to man the camera)
Protocol
1. Prop up cat-sized cardboard box on a stick
2. Lure object with cat treat placed under box
3. Once the cat starts chowing, pull stick with string
4. Say: "Let's keep him in the box forever."
5. Guarantee cat can't escape by sitting on the box
Result
Good times had by all. Hey, the cat got to gobble down all the treats.

The Cat and Aubrie

Courtesy of Santa, Aidan and Aubrie have their own "Snap Kids" digital camera. There is an option to write a story along with the photo. Here is Aidan's first attempt.
"The Cat and Aubrie" by Aidan Si-bing Li
Aubrie likes the cat. I like the cat too. The cat is nice. We pet the cat. His name is Sneaky. We like to pet the cat. He is orange with dark orange stripes. He has yellow eyes. He has no claws in the front, but still has claws in the back. He is a house cat.
