Aidan's email to the customer service of Buzz Bee Toys, makers of toy guns:
My Air blasters
"Berserker" gun (see photo) doesn't shoot when I put bullets in it. I've
had it for 2 years and maybe when I got new bullets it didn't work with
the new bullets. I also think it might be old because I didn't see it
on your product list. Can you help me? I have also bought your Torrent
gun. It works.
