This garden (top 2 pics), which is located behind the garage, has been significantly enhanced and enlarged this year through Ken's hard work and sweat. NOT! Some of the dozens of varieties planted are: sweet corn, pumpkins, winter melon, watermelon, cucumbers, tomatoes (9 different varieties), bell and hot peppers, parsnips, carrots, Swiss chard, Chinese cabbage, various lettuces, spinach, beets, broccoli raab, green and purple pole and bush beans, radishes, peas, butternut squash, zucchini, potatoes, etc.

My second garden (bottom pic), located behind the house's south end, is brand new. Ken was at it again and there was no stopping him! This garden boasts many varieties, among them strawberries, pole beans, stevia, Swiss chard, beets, sunflowers, green onions, basil, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, chives, mint, cilantro, dill, nasturtium, carrots, marigolds, malabar spinach, rosemary etc.

Why do I suspect Ginger really did most of the work? With "help" from Aidan and Aubrie, of course. :)
Wow ginger, you planted sooooo much, and it seems to be growing like crazy! Have you been able to completely live off of the garden and your creative cooking for produce this summer? Amazing.
