First Day at Camp(s) - by Aidan Li

Camp #1: Outdoor Living Skills.

I was there from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Overall, I had a fun time. I met 16 people. It was at Iron's Oaks.

I put up a tent. I helped by holding a pole. I went inside the tent for a short time. We went to two buildings. I remember a pop dispenser, but I didn't get a pop. Both had a bathrooms. I went to one bathroom.

Camp #2: Soccer Camp.

I was there from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. It was at a church.

I had soccer practice. I practiced kicking the ball. I kicked with both feet (right and then left foot). I practiced being a goalie. We had 4 people in the goal. I didn't stop any balls, but the other people did. It was a fun. (We should have been called "The Banana Team" because we wore yellow shirts. Actually, we were called Storm and the other team was Ninja.)

Then we went inside the church and memorized a verse from the Bible. John something. It was about Jesus and the earth.
